These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of ai.summiture.co and the AI voice agent services provided by Summiture LLC ("Summiture," "we," "us"). By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.
The service
Summiture provides an AI voice agent that answers calls, captures leads, and books appointments on behalf of your business. Service features depend on your plan.
Trial and billing
- Your $1 payment begins a 30-day trial of the AI voice agent service.
- After 30 days, your subscription automatically continues at $497 per month, charged to the card you provide, until you cancel.
- You may cancel anytime before the end of the 30-day trial and you will not be charged the $497 monthly fee. You may cancel anytime afterward and you will not be billed for the following month.
- To cancel, email [[email protected]] and we will confirm your cancellation promptly.
- Setup of your AI voice agent takes up to 5 working days. Your 30-day trial begins on the date of your $1 payment.
- Monthly subscription payments are for the service provided during that billing month.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you provide for your agent.
- You are responsible for providing any legally required notice or consent to callers regarding call recording or transcription. Call-recording laws vary by state and country, and compliance is your responsibility.
- You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees according to the trial and billing terms above.
Availability
We work to keep the service running reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service is provided "as is."
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Summiture is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost business or revenue, arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior three months.
Cancellation and termination
You may cancel at any time as described above. We may suspend or terminate service for violation of these Terms or non-payment.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
